Faux book cover done in class, using paper torn (not cut!) by hand into a semi-abstract shape of a dragon forming a spiral, to represent Ouroboros, the symbol of cyclicality and a frequent figure in ancient myth. If you don't know what Ouroboros is, I highly recommend googling it--it's pretty cool. ;)Time taken: About 2 hours (most of which was spent ripping up the paper).
